Teroka

This is my dream car. I may not know much about cars. Hell, I don’t know anything about cars. But I know this is the one that I want. If only its available here in Malaysia. Anybody know how I can get one here?

Haha! Alright, a little bit on this sweet looking ride. Firstly, there are two models. One with a hard-top and another with a canvas-top (this is the one I’m aiming for!!). And yes, it has only two doors, for the driver and also the passenger next to him/her. Know what, my rear passenger seats are hardly accessible by anyone considering the amout of crap I have on it. So two doors are really a non-issue to me. And the good thing is, I can take it out all together (so that I can put even more crap, as huge as a moutain bike perhaps, or just flattened out the driver seat so that I can take a nap (which comes in really handy, trust me! to me-la).

And well, when it comes to its durability, its a 4WD, with a 5-speed manual transmission (yeah baby, its all about manual transmission) so it should be ok. In its description, it has got all this big big words with terms that I have no idea what it means. Hell, if I can take it off-road, and not get stucked un a puddle, good enough for me (eventually, kalau dah ada satu, of course-la I’ll learn more on the whole 4WD concept, shh!).

Jimny sports a quite impressive capability of being able to make a 4.9m radius turn. Being used to driving a small car, I like the fact that I can make a turn without much hassle. There are tons of 4WD out there. Really huge ones. I personally like something that I can have a total control of, instead of me looking as though I’m trying to drive a freakin bulldozer. So bile kecik, senang la nak mencelah kononnya. Though I don’t really do that (pemandu berhemah), I’d still like to know that I have got that option.

There’s a lot of things as well when it comes to its power. The capability of (I think!) changing from 4WD mode to a 2WD which (if I read it right-la) is sweet! But then again, its maximum speed is 140km/h, which is perfect for me. Haha! If you were ever, at any point, in a car with me driving, then you’ll know.

Safety-wise.. not bad, low spare tyre, large windshield, dual airbag, bla.. bla.. bla.. You know-la.

Soooo… I’m thinking of visiting Japan just so that I can do a test-drive on this car.. Yeehaaa!!
